## Overview

The Summary extraction generates a concise overview of the contract's core transaction, parties, and key terms.

## What Gets Extracted

A collapsible card containing 1-3 bullet points that summarize:

* The type of agreement and transaction
* The parties involved and their roles
* Key terms or notable provisions

## Display Format

* **Single item**: Displayed as a paragraph
* **Multiple items**: Displayed as numbered bullet points with visual indicators

## Use Cases

The summary helps you:

* Quickly understand a contract without reading the full document
* Identify contracts in search results
* Brief stakeholders on contract contents
* Triage contracts for review priority

## Editing the Summary

Click the edit icon to open the summary editor where you can:

* Modify existing bullet points
* Add additional summary points
* Remove inaccurate summaries
* Reorder the points
