Using Terms Radar

View Expiring Terms

Navigate to Radar

Go to CatalogRadarTerms.

Set Date Range

Choose the time period to analyze (e.g., next 12 months).

Review Results

See all catalog items with terms expiring in that period.

Take Action

Click on items to review contracts and plan renewals.

Analyzing Gaps

Rights Gaps

Identify periods without active terms:

Resolving Conflicts

Click on the conflict to see details.

View Source Contracts

Open the contracts that created the conflict.

Determine Resolution

Decide which claim takes precedence.

Update Records

Mark conflict as resolved with notes.
