How Catalog Gets Populated
Contract Extraction (Primary)
When you upload contracts, recordings and compositions mentioned are automatically extracted and added to your catalog. The AI:- Extracts asset references from contract text
- Enriches with Spotify metadata (artwork, duration, identifiers)
- Links assets to the contract
Statement Suggestions (Secondary)
When royalty statements contain assets not yet in your catalog, the system creates suggestions based on Spotify data. You can accept these suggestions to add new items to your catalog.Navigation
