What is a Project?

A Project is your workspace within Royaltyport where you manage contracts, catalog, statements, and all related data for a specific artist, label, catalog, or business purpose. Projects exist within organizations and provide focused environments for your work. Project Overview

Best Practices

Upload contracts first—they’ll seed your catalog and CRM with extracted data.
Always review AI-extracted data for accuracy. Your corrections help improve future extractions.
Regularly review and merge duplicate entities, verify catalog ISRCs.
Check your dashboard regularly for items needing attention.
Instead of manually searching through contracts, ask AI questions about your deal terms.
