Managing Subscription

Upgrading

Go to Subscription

Navigate to SettingsSubscription.

View Plans

Click View Plans to see options.

Select Plan

Choose the plan that fits your needs.

Confirm

Review changes and confirm.

Downgrading

Review Current Usage

Check that your usage fits the lower plan.

Select Lower Plan

Choose the plan to downgrade to.

Confirm

Acknowledge any feature limitations.
Downgrading may limit access to features. Review carefully before confirming.

Payment Methods

Click Add Payment Method.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

Navigate to SettingsSubscription.

Click Cancel

Click Cancel Subscription.

Optionally share why you’re leaving.

Confirm

Acknowledge what you’ll lose access to.

After Cancellation

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Data is retained for 30 days
  • Can reactivate within retention period

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing. Annual plans include a discount.
