What are Projects?

Projects are workspaces within your organization where you manage contracts, catalog, statements, and related data. Each project typically represents a specific artist, label, catalog, or business purpose. Organization Projects

Projects Dashboard

Navigate to your organization to see all projects displayed as cards. Each project card shows:

Quick AccessClick to enter the project workspace

Create New Project

Click the + card to create a new project. This takes you through the project setup wizard.

Each project card provides quick actions:

Once inside a project, you have access to:

When to Create Multiple Projects

Create separate projects for:
Each artist typically gets their own project to keep their contracts, catalog, and statements separate.
Publishing and recordings divisions may benefit from separate projects.
If you manage catalogs for multiple clients, each should have their own project.
US catalog vs UK catalog may warrant separate projects for clarity.

Switching Between Projects

From Header

  1. Click the current project name in the header
  2. Select a different project from the dropdown
  3. Or click “View all projects” to return to organization view

From Organization

  1. Navigate to your organization
  2. Click on the project you want to open

Best Practices

Keep projects focused on a specific artist or catalog for easier management and clearer data separation.
Name projects clearly so team members can find them easily.
Configure who should have access before adding sensitive data.
