Overview
Royaltyport emails you a summary when a batch of uploaded documents finishes processing, so you don’t have to watch the platform while large uploads run. These emails are sent automatically.Personal notification preferences — such as the digest and data-ingestion emails — are managed in your Account settings, not per project.
Batch Processing Emails
You receive an email when a batch finishes processing:
Each email summarizes the batch:
- Total — the number of documents in the batch
- Successful — documents processed without errors
- Failed — documents that encountered errors (shown only when there are any)
- Processing Time — how long the batch took to complete
