Configuring Notifications

By Category

Navigate to SettingsNotifications.

Locate the notification category.

Choose In-App, Email, Both, or None.

Preferences are saved automatically.

Email Frequency

For email notifications:

Expiration Alerts

Configure when you’re warned about expiring contracts:

Processing Alerts

Success Notifications

Choose when to be notified on success:

Error Notifications

Error notifications are always enabled by default for:
  • Processing failures
  • Sync errors
  • Agent errors

Threshold Alerts

Set alerts when values cross thresholds:

Turn on match rate alerts.

Define minimum acceptable rate (e.g., 80%).

Choose notification method.

Revenue Alerts

Set alerts for revenue changes:
  • Large increases (viral tracks)
  • Significant decreases (potential issues)

Managing Notifications

Viewing Notifications

Access notifications:
  • Click bell icon in header
  • View notification panel
  • See all recent notifications

Marking as Read

  • Click notification to mark as read
  • Use “Mark All Read” for bulk action

Clearing Notifications

  • Archive old notifications
  • Delete unwanted notifications

Email Settings

Email Address

Notifications go to your account email. To change:

Go to Profile

Navigate to your profile settings.

Update Email

Change your email address.

Verify

Confirm the new email.

Unsubscribe

To stop all emails:
  • Use unsubscribe link in any email
  • Or set all email preferences to “None”

Best Practices

Use default settings, then adjust based on experience.
Always keep error and expiration alerts on.
Use daily digests for informational notifications.
Avoid notifications during off-hours.
