Enter bulk edit mode from the Drive toolbar, then select one or more contracts to act on. Standard list/selection behavior is described in Working with Lists.

Select All

Select all contracts matching current filters. This includes contracts on other pages if you have pagination.

Tagging

Add or remove tags from selected contracts, or create a new tag and apply it to the selection.
Tags help you organize contracts beyond the default views. Create tags like “Priority”, “Under Review”, or “Q1 Renewals” to group related contracts.
Once applied, tags can be used elsewhere: add the Tags field as a column in custom views, filter contracts by tag in Filters, or include tags in exports.

Downloading

Download the original source files for selected contracts as a single ZIP archive. This bundles the documents themselves — not extracted data. To export contract data as a spreadsheet instead, use Exports. The ZIP is built in your browser and saved directly to your device — there’s no email to wait for, but closing the browser tab cancels the download in progress. Each file in the ZIP keeps its original name, with duplicate names made unique automatically. Contracts with no downloadable source file are skipped and reported in the completion notification. Downloads are capped at 5 GB — if your selection is larger, split it into smaller batches.

Deleting

Deleting contracts permanently removes the original document, all extracted data (terms, entities, dates), tags, relationships, and search index entries. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting a contract also cleans up CRM and catalog records that existed only because of it. Any entities, artists, writers, relations, recordings, or compositions linked solely to the deleted contract — with no remaining link to another contract or CRM record — are removed automatically. Records still referenced by another contract are kept.
This cleanup runs whether you delete a single contract from its detail view or several at once with bulk delete. Statement matches against any removed recordings or compositions are unmatched at the same time, so those assets become available to re-match.
