Overview
Deleting a project permanently removes all associated data including contracts, catalog items, statements, and settings. This action cannot be undone.Who Can Delete Projects

Organization Members cannot delete projects. Contact an Admin if a project needs to be removed.
Deleting a Project
Access Delete Option
Click the menu (three dots) on the project card or go to the project’s Settings.
Confirmation Dialog
When you click delete, you’ll see a confirmation dialog:Are you sure? This action cannot be undone. This will permanently delete [Project Name] and all associated data.You must confirm to proceed with deletion.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete a project, the following data is permanently removed:| Data Type | Status |

Download any contracts, catalog data, or reports you need to keep before deletion.
Notify team members
Notify team members
Inform project members that the project will be deleted and they’ll lose access.
Check integrations
Check integrations
Disconnect any external integrations (like Curve) to prevent sync errors.
Permission Denied
If you see a “Permission Denied” error when trying to delete:- Check your role - Only Admins can delete projects
- Contact an Admin - Ask someone with appropriate permissions to delete the project
- Check organization settings - Some organizations may have additional restrictions
Recovering Deleted Projects
If you accidentally deleted a project:- Contact support immediately - In rare cases, recent deletions may be recoverable from backups
- Recreate the project - You’ll need to re-upload all contracts and rebuild the catalog
- Learn from the experience - Consider implementing approval workflows for deletions
