A view is a saved dashboard layout. Each view has a name and a grid of cards that pull from the active data source.
Managing views
| Action | How |
|---|
| Switch view | Click the view name in the tab bar |
| Create view | Click + New View |
| Duplicate view | Open the view menu (⋮) → Duplicate |

Templates
When creating a new view, you choose a template to pre-populate it with a set of cards suited to a common use case. Templates are a starting point — you can edit, add, or remove cards after the view is created.
| Template | Description |
|---|
| Overview | Revenue chart with breakdowns by statement, store, and type |
| Audit | Licensee revenue by period (line chart) plus revenue tables by ISRC/ISWC and UPC — useful for verifying data accuracy and completeness |
| Valuation | Top 10 tracks/works by year (pivot), revenue by release year (pivot), revenue trends, and territory breakdown |
| Top Performing Assets | Best performing recordings or works by revenue |
| Top Performing Stores | Revenue and unit breakdown by distribution platform |
| Top Performing Territories | Revenue breakdown by territory and region |
Public and private views
By default, a new view is private — only you can see it. Private views show a Private badge in the tab bar.
To share a view with all project members, open the view menu (⋮) → Make Public. Public views are visible to everyone in the project. To revert, select Make Private.
Only the view owner can change its visibility.
Default view
You can pin one view per data source as the default. The default view loads automatically when you open the Dataroom and is marked with a pin icon in the tab bar.
To set a default, open the view menu (⋮) → Make Default. Only the view owner can change the default.
View ordering
Views are sorted: default first, then public views, then private views.
