Public and private views

By default, a new view is private — only you can see it. Private views show a Private badge in the tab bar. To share a view with all project members, open the view menu (⋮) → Make Public. Public views are visible to everyone in the project. To revert, select Make Private.
Only the view owner can change its visibility.

Default view

You can pin one view per data source as the default. The default view loads automatically when you open the Dataroom and is marked with a pin icon in the tab bar. To set a default, open the view menu (⋮) → Make Default. Only the view owner can change the default.

View ordering

Views are sorted: default first, then public views, then private views.
