Every list in Royaltyport — contracts, statements, catalog assets, CRM records, agent activity — shares the same table behavior, described once here. Feature pages only call out what’s specific to their data, such as which fields you can filter or search by.
  • Search — list toolbars include a search box that filters results as you type.
  • Filters — add one or more filters from the toolbar; values within a filter combine as OR, separate filters combine as AND.
  • Sorting — sortable fields can be ordered ascending or descending from the sort control.
  • Views — where available, a view saves your column, filter, and sort configuration as a named layout you can switch between.
  • Pagination — long lists are paginated; counts and totals reflect the full result set, not just the visible page.
  • Bulk selection — select rows individually or use Select All, which selects every row matching the current filters — including rows on other pages.
  • Exports — exports respect the active filters. Larger exports are prepared in the background and delivered as a download link, both in the dialog and by email.
If a specific list deviates from these behaviors in a way that matters, its own page says so.
