Bulk Actions
Select All
Select all statements currently visible in the list. If you use filters, only the filtered set is selected. Use Select All to act on every statement on the current page or in the filtered result.Bulk Edit
Open the bulk edit dialog to update common fields for all selected statements. The dialog has four tabs: Period — Set the accounting period (year, type, and number) for all selected statements. Currency — Set the transaction currency and royalty currency for all selected statements. Contracts — Link a contract to all selected statements at once. The list shows contracts already linked to any of the selected statements (indicated with a checkbox) alongside other available contracts. Select one or more contracts to link them to every selected statement when you confirm. Instructions — Enter custom processing instructions that the AI will use when processing the selected statements. Changes apply to every selected statement when you confirm. This is useful for correcting period or currency after upload, or for linking the same contract across multiple statements in one step.Bulk Tag
Open the tag dialog to add or remove tags on all selected statements. Use tags to group statements for your own workflow (e.g. by source, year, or review status). These tags are also available in Looker Studio (when enabled for your account), where they help you filter and group related revenue and statements more easily.Bulk Delete
Remove all selected statements and their associated data. A confirmation step asks you to confirm before deletion. This action cannot be undone.Cancel
Exit edit mode and clear the selection without applying any action.Exiting Edit Mode
Click Cancel in the toolbar or the Edit (Bolt) icon again to leave bulk selection mode and return to normal list browsing.Related Documentation
