Sort Options
Use the Sort control in the Files toolbar to change the order of statements. You can sort by statement metadata or by revenue.Sort Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Statement ID (upload order) |
| File Name | Alphabetically by file name |
| Created Date | When the statement was uploaded |
| Accounting Period | Period covered by the statement |
| Revenue Total | Total revenue in the statement |
| Revenue Matched | Amount of revenue matched to catalog assets |
Sort Direction
Each field can be sorted ascending (A–Z, oldest first, lowest first) or descending (Z–A, newest first, highest first). Default: ID, descending (newest uploads first).Changing Sort
- Go to Statements → Files
- Click the Sort control in the toolbar
- Choose the sort field and direction
