The Summary extraction generates a concise overview of the contract’s core transaction, parties, and key terms.

What Gets Extracted

A collapsible card containing 1-3 bullet points that summarize:
  • The type of agreement and transaction
  • The parties involved and their roles
  • Key terms or notable provisions

Display Format

  • Single item: Displayed as a paragraph
  • Multiple items: Displayed as numbered bullet points with visual indicators

Use Cases

The summary helps you:
  • Quickly understand a contract without reading the full document
  • Identify contracts in search results
  • Brief stakeholders on contract contents
  • Triage contracts for review priority

Editing the Summary

Click the edit icon to open the summary editor where you can:
  • Modify existing bullet points
  • Add additional summary points
  • Remove inaccurate summaries
  • Reorder the points
