Structured data fields are by definition an abstraction of legal language. When in doubt, use citations, the AI chat, and the actual contract text to validate the structured data against your own interpretation. Overview
The Targets extraction captures performance targets and pricing requirements specified in the contract. This is primarily used in compilation licenses, non-exclusive sub licenses, and similar type agreements.
Track Count
If specified, displays the number of tracks required on an album or compilation:
